One of our favourite clients is on the lookout for a talented Customer Success Manager to spearhead and drive the North American business. A superb opportunity to work with a diverse range of global clients. HQ based in Dallas however for the right candidate our client is open and flexible on this.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and work with customers to achieve company milestones
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Work with customers to understand and execute roadmaps
  • Develop brand loyalty
  • Encourage and promote customer collaboration

What do we need?

  • 5 years’ experience working within the SAP ecosystem
  • Previous experience of working in a pre-sales, management, or consulting role
  • Strong communicator
  • SAP experience (SAP Basis, SAP Application Development or SAP Architecture)
  • Previous experience of dealing with senior stakeholders
